Poor service

I have being experiencing bad service with Webafrica (valumax) every time when I make payment with the link they tell me stories when they have to reconnect me they where owing me 2 refund only paid me 1 I made another payment on the 03/05/2025 for reconnection next thing they tell be the link they send me in incorrect I made payment to wrong account I must make another payment.

I asked for my refund they don't give me clear answer wany to cancel as is month end they tell in gonna take 31 days meaning I must pay again for service that was not rended
