Poor service

I requested in July a price match of R729 for my 50mp line and I was told that this amount will be debited from the 1st of September. Unfortunately this did not happen. I have all the reference number of corespondece with them as well. Yesterday I complain regarding this. I was know told that I will be billed the correct amount only in October.

I ask as well that someone of management can phone me... still did not happen.

I have stop my debit order for this month because I request to be debit the correct amount that was agreed on!!!
