POOR SERVICE

Have been trying to sort out a connectivity issue for two weeks and trying to get anywhere through the whatsapp line is so frustrating, you can wait for hours to get someone to respond. I am trying to cancel my service now and have been waiting almost an hour to have someone respond - will not be recommending WebAfrica to anyone
