Poor service - bad line speed

Appalling service unable to get through no one can help

We paying for a 200/200 line only getting around 50/30

Took a week to get our line which we app**** for over a month and a half

Wait forever to get through on the phone and when you WhatsApp if you don't respond on seconds they close the chat

Trying to contact to fix our speed and also the line drops every few minutes no one can help and the customer experience has been bad from day 1

Probably going to start looking for alternative providers
