Poor Service

Giving 1 star as hellopeter does not allow me to give them nothing.

Bad Service, over 2 weeks that my sim and router has been delivered and still not activated, they can only be contacted on the whatsapp line and you do not get any feedback there, transfer you from one department to the next. its been 2 weeks now without ANY one able to tell me what is going on or when will it be activated.

If you ask to speak to a manager or a manager to contact you then you get told that they are on leave, shocking, is there no other manager on duty?
