Poor Service

I app**** for fibre 3 weeks back and they even sent a router which I had to fork out money for delivery, now a tech from Vuma comes to my house only to be told that Webafrica cancelled the order, I work from home and I’ve been using mobile data to survive what kind of service is this honestly ?

The sales agent even said since there is an existing install I will get activated in 2-3 days. It’s sooo disgusting.
