Poor service and unjustified fees from Webafrica

Be careful when using their services. Whether you have signed a contract or decided on a prepaid service, you will be charged a R999 cancellation fee. I was with them for over 8 years and had to cancel the service because I sold my house and had to move. I don't see any other ISP charging this kind of cancellation fee.

I also requested to change my debit order date over a year ago, but they were not able to do so. This meant that they charged me multiple R50 penalty fees every month as the debit order was processed before I was paid!

I do not recommend using their services.
