Poor Service and Unallocated Payment

Webafrica poor service. July 1, 2025 I changed my card. After so many attempts I could not change the card and my balance remains 0.00 and the transaction is successful. On the statement are the bank details and I pay by Eft 02 July 2025. Communicate again on the platform on whatsup with many operators. Then they said you can not pay Eft unless they say so. This was last Wednesday July 2, 2025. Webafrica will refund the money within 24 to 48 hours. On the statement it still shows a credit. I send them a email and explain my situation. No response. That was on Friday 04 July 2025. Today July 11, 2025 I am still without wifi. Webafrica still has my money and I am without wifi. I feel this is unfair. Now I also have to wait for the full month to go to another provider.
