POOR SERVICE AND THEY DON'T CARE

Poor service pathetic and useless stuff all they do is to lie. I changed my address and paid new fee on the 12/01/2023 got a call because i was connected they just took my SN then it was working fine. On friday it was deativated and guess what there is no one to assit they dont work on weekends. Now monday they have cancelled my request that was made on friday why no answe i asked for management nothing was done and i paid twice. This is Ridiculous. Can management call me ***
