Poor Service and R999 cancellation fee

Terrible service constantly, and if you need to lodge a fault on a weekend, beware theyll only respond next week, and then not credit you because you couldnt get in touch with them, and then worst of all they only have a whatsapp number, no email, no number nothing, and then R999 to cancel????
