Poor service and no delivery from Webafrica ito contract: REF ISP-638441

Fiber to my premises was activated on 7 January 2022 - it lasted only 2 hours. From 18h00pm on 7 January until 20h00pm Sunday 9 January I tried the Whataspp support line for assistance. Not a word - just speaking to a bot (Willie). This morning I got a poor response to say the line is down and they will report it to Vumatel, which will take 48 hours. Needless to say I am so disappointed by this service. I want Webafrica to fulfill its obligations under the contract. I've never experienced this type of poor service from an ISP.
