Poor Service and Incopetent

I am really tired of your services. I've been trying to get hold of webafrica since Friday. I have two services that are not working and need urgent attention. I run my business with internet and I'm currently connected to only one router. I received a new router and sim almost two weeks and still not activated. I've done everything I was told to activate it but nothing is working. I also have another sim that's active and is currently locked. Been trying to unlock it since Friday. No one from webafrica is able to help me. Honestly what's the point of using your services if we can't get through your calls? WhstsApp respond is slow. Eventually if someone picks up phone or respond on whatsApp, they cannot help? I am super drained and tired. If you can't fix these mess, please cancel all my services and I will look for another company.
