Poor service and inconvenience

I started calling from last month to get connected because my job requires me to start working from home, theyvkept on saying I will receive a link at the end of the call, never received the link and kept on calling, on the 3rd week one of the agents told me that I Ned to submit an affidavit so they can clear my adress, and I was already running out of time, I submitted the affidavit next thing they telling me submit a lease agreement on the very 2nd last day of submitting my application at work, when I asked to speak to a manager they said thy will escala3the adress clearance mater and I will receive feedback when it's available, told them I've run out of time because of the delay and incorrect information hey gave me, they kept on saying they can't install immediately and I have to wait, didn't even give a time frame, I requested to spark to the manager again and the agent just didn't bother getting me the manager she just kept on saying I will get feedback when it's available, my job is at stake now, because of their poor service and rudeness
