Poor service and incompetence

Cancelled contract with them because their 25/25 was always buffering where there were only two people using it and I served them with a full calendar notice. I then couriered their router on the last day of the month as requested but to my surprise they still haven’t released the line and I can’t get connected with other service providers because of their incompetence.
