Poor service and have not even paid my first installment

Dear Webafrica. I would like you to know, I have been trying to speak to a manager for over a week now. I do regret signing up with you people. I call to your line,wait for 10min before I can speak to an agent,get to the agent and then the call gets cut and they don't even bother to call back. Go to your what's up chat I have to hold on for hours to speak to someone that is not really interested in doing their job the right way.

I really hope this gets to someone that can do something about the poor service
