Poor service and customer care

It has been three days since my so called call was escalated to Vumatel by Webafrica and still no response.What I do get is automated emails and sms to say that it was escalated.I would not recommend Webafrica nor Vumatel due to the lack of customer service.Please stay away from these companies pple
