Poor service and bad connectivity- no resolution/no responses since one month ago

I have an issue that has been ongoing for nearly a month now. We are 2 people working from home and WiFi connectivity issues have gone from bad to worse and Webafrica has done nothing to resolve the issue. I have been chatting to their WhatsApp agents, I have done ALL possible troubleshooting and have logged multiple faults that have had no resolutions until today, on all chats troubleshooting. Fault 1 and fault 2 - the agents advised me that a Vuma-tel technician will resolve the issue within 24-48 hours, providing me with a contact number which states “Vuma-tel no longer has a contact center since April 2021”. Those faults were auto-closed due to no resolution but the fault was not even investigated or resolved. I contacted them again, where an agent then mentioned to me my account has been suspended due to a billing issue - apparently they never received my last payment. I have a debit order that goes off every month and have never missed a payment - how could this be a payment issue when clearly we already know after 3 weeks this is a connectivity issue. After being so unprofessional he transferred me to another agent who said that my profile is ACTIVE and that it IS INDEED A CONNECTIVITY ISSUE. I have had to re-explain my issue to over 10 agents and still nothing has been done to resolve the issue. My connectivity has gone from bad to worse and I even purchased and installed WiFi extender which has done nothing but extend my WiFi range but the connectivity is still bad. To make matters worse, their agents no longer answer my chats when requesting to speak to an agent on WhatsApp any longer, they just transfer me or close the chat without replying. I am sick of having to re-explain the issue. I have requested a technician to come and sort the issue, the agents said they can do so and someone will be in contact with me but up until today I have had no responses, no calls no texts. This is ridiculous.
