Poor service all the way

Their system is not user friendly at all. I've been trying to make a manual payment since Saturday the 31st of July. I spoke to about 4 agents from the company, requesting help from them and no one seems to care. I was disconnected on the 2nd of August to date I don't have internet access and my issue has not been resolved. I eventually made an EFT payment yesterday and the agent who assisted me promised they would not suspend my account, but guess what this morning I got a suspension notification. I sent emails to their payfast domain and every time I sent an email I get a different ref number. Would never recommend this company to anyone..
