Poor Service

If I could rate 1 to 10 and 1 being poor I will give a 0. I have been battling to get a refund from WebAfrica. You never can get hold of a human and everything is done via whatsapp chat. I made it clear that I found a better service provider. Everytime I get a email response saying that my account has been credit!!!! I do not want a credit!!! I want a refund!! The list of complaints can go on!!! I just don't have the energy. I want my full refund of R1248!!! For service not provided!!
