Poor service

I made a payment for a new sim card to be sent to me via courier. I was told this be sent to in three working days. When I enquired this morning, an agent informed me it has not been dispatched yet, the courier company has not created a waybill yet! This tells me somehow, someone did not do their job properly. I am asked to wait until Monday in order to hear when delivery will be made.
