Poor Service

I paid my account in full and this company has not activated my account. I used their "WhatsApp" platform in an attempt to have my account activated but with no luck. They will bill me the same amount at the end of the month while I'm not utilising their service. This is a total rip-off and I'm not happy with this company and their poor service. They make it difficult to be accessible by their existing clients with useless "WhatsApp" platform, but they make it easy for them to access their potential clients by simply calling them.
