Poor service

I report a problem on the 21/11/2022 to webafrica regarding my fiber thats faulty after long problems they report to vumatel the service provider they only came and repair the fault on the 22/11/2022 after 6 at night the fiber box was faulty they replace it with a second hand one and say they will be back the next day to replace it its a week later no luck on my side and Im still waiting Can any one help
