Poor service

I received my router on the 4th of June and they say the service is active , I connected my router and the internet light is red, what is more frustrating is that they have no call centre number to speak to the technical agent , they only have WhatsApp which is useless . Today my account was debited but the services are not working and no one is able to assist. I am very frustrated as I have exams to write and the WiFi is not working. My number is *** ***
