Poor service.

My fibre line was installed on 25 March 2020. Deliverybof router is still pending and it is now 3 April 2020. I have pain for router delivery and one day pro rata usage. And my bank account has been debited R1089.29 for April 2020 ans router delivery and who knows what else. Waiting for delivery of router and apparently it will now only be happening on 6 April 2020. No phone calls are answered. This is not f-ing fast fibre. This is poor service on another level.
