Poor service

I have been experiencing down time for around 5 days now, tried getting in contact with an agent on whatsapp however it keeps reconnecting. Poor poor service from my view. I tried calling for assistance no help. Really frustrating to be honest. Even an update with regards to the issue would have been fine.
