poor service

This is by far the worst internet provider, quick to debit your account but when you need assistance they are no where to be found. The whats app number they keep on referring you to can never assist with your query.

i have been without internet for 4 days now and al i get is we will log it with Telkom. Can someone from this ******** assist a paying customer
