POOR SERVICE

Good day

I am soo disappointed with the service I am receiving from webafrica.

I am a first time customer. My installation was done yesterday by metrofibre the line was active until 1pm and never came back after that.

I spoke to Sibongile and she tried to refresh my line with no luck.

She then logged a fault and nothing has been done about it.

When it comes to billing you guys are on the ball.

I better not be billed prorata for these 2 days as I have not received any service.
