Poor service

I ordered Lte from Webafrica 3 months ago. After taking a debit order for the cost they just disappeared. I tried so many ways to get in contact with them but with no success . They have a very irritant chat service but you can forget getting hold of them. They just say someone will contact you but nothing.

Problem I have is that, even with no service from them, they take a debit order every month which I then reverse which cost me money in the end.
