Poor service

The service is entirely embarrassing and dehumanising. I made payment on the 8th June and installation was not done because there is no infrastructure and I was told I’d get a refund. On the 8th of July I followed up. I was told by a Nolitha I should wait for 15 to get a refund. It is past 15 days I’m following up today again a Rebecca K says I should wait for 48 hours for feedback not to get a refund. The service is poor they really don’t care about customer service
