Poor service
It is so difficult dealing with Webafrica. They keep directing you to the Whatsapp line but my query is not covered in their options. I tell them that I am considering upgrading provided they can match a competitor and they give me the runaround - giving me short answers as to why they cannot do something instead of jumping at the opportunity to keep me as a client. Unbelievable !!!

05 Nov 2020, 20:56My emails to *** get closed within minutes of sending them - however, no one has contacted me or discussed my query. Clearly they are closing the calls to improve the stats for their performance, but I as the client is left without a resolution.
