Poor service

It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a service and still not be connected after a week. Despite multiple attempts to reach support, I keep getting transferred to people who can’t assist me. I spend 10 minutes every day on the phone, yet no resolution. This is unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed with Mweb’s service, and I’m still waiting for someone to assist me. This needs to be fixed immediately.
