Poor Service

I am still with Web Africa (God only knows why) I have been struggling for 6 months now just to get them to come and replace my router - my line keeps on dropping - I thought it was my laptop as thats what they told me, so I upgraded to MSI i7 laptop and still the same issue, I have spoken to so many different people, every time I have to do all these tests and change the PPP as they cant find anything wrong with my line - not minutes after I do this, the problem is still the same, no one helps me, I think I am going crazy. What am I paying for - I do online teaching and I have 18 classes a day, now I have to sit with this, it is driving me insane. Web Africa is not a small company, you would think that they would have better client service, - Universitas, Bloemfontein - Free State
