Poor service

So disappointed with the service received and still receiving . I have been requesting to get our line re-installed and I feel like I’m asking you to build Egypt. I’m being passed from one consultant to the next. No clear direction on whether a technician will be sent or not. 2 months stuck with no WiFi and no responses to countless emails , phone calls and WhatsApp messages! All the faults logged are out of SLA, and they keep re-logging the same issue and proceed to close it without even solving the fault !!! If you want peace and to actually pay for a service you can use please don’t even look this direction.
