Poor service

I had fiber installed in my house that has still not been activated they keep on saying it is activated but i cant use it. I have brought to their attention that the serial number on my device does not match the serial number they have on their system not they keep telling me i need to call vuma tel. When i call vuma tel they tell me that webafrica has to sort it out, but no one is doing nothing and i paid my money.
