Poor Service

My apartment needed to be vacated and I arranged to opt of fiber with a consultant whilst repair in progress.I was requested to pay the last installment that was debited and confirmed no additional costing due.Now WebAfrica is trying to run debit order for inflated amount because my service with them is not renewed.A consultant confirmed nothing due ,B I'm not on occupation of the premises to restore services.This company service is extremely Poor and if it was an issue the consultant on collaboration with his manager should have not given me confirmation that all us in order.Now I'm getting billed for services not in use!!!
