Poor service

Webafrica is the hardest to contact. When u eventually contact they pass u on to 10 different agents, never cancels as we ask , I asked for my dad's account to be closed yet still they are removing money from his account. He is old an cannot be running around trying to do all this , the line was closed in April yet they still debit his account , don't they know how to cancel off a contract an cancel debit order as well
