Poor service

I would like to that you for the poor service that you gave me.

I payed as per your 1000 SMS that you were sending me only to find out that I wasting my time.

You guys captured my details wrong from your system.

You activated my device and it only worked for an hour suddenly I have to log a call, keep in mind that I'm the first time client and the experience is very poor already.

Can you kindly fix this router or come take it I'm fed up already. I'll continue with Rain... Your method of communication is very poor I can't be texting different people but not of them is coming with a solution. Strong training is needed for your stuff.

And don't think I'm always available when you feel like you did the time of installation.

I've been calling your agent and the guy who came to install but non of them is available to assist me same as the guys on WhatsApp chat.

I'm gonna escalate this matter you playing with me here you can't give me a device that is faulty and not fix it after I payed.
