Poor service
<p>On the morning of 5 July I noticed that my router is not getting an internet signal. I was told by one of their staff that they will send a courier to collect my router. They didn't give me a loan router. The next day the courier collect the router. On the 7th of July I tried to contact them but the phone was only ringing. I started a chat on their website and was told that there lines are very busy and they are still waiting for my router and if they can fix it in time the courier will deliver it only on the 10th of July. They also don't have loan routers in stock. I also sent an email, no reply. This is unacceptable, because I have an online business to run.</p>
