Poor service

Webafrica is the worst service provider. The fibre box was installed the very next day after signing up but it took two days trying to get the internet activated. Their "fast" whatsapp online chat takes a whole day before anyone gets back to you and by then you are not on your phone and the conversation would end. The service offered by Webafrica is so poor. I would not recommend them to anyone and regret signing up with them in the first place. I have never had such a bad experience before where I would need to chase to get my internet that I am paying for activated. What a pathetic service provider.
