Poor Service
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT opt for Webafrica when considering which ISP to use. The ongoing service is okay but when you have a problem? You are in for a ride. YOU are responsible for troubleshooting a problem and if you are unable to, they will escalate and escalate until you are blue just to avoid dispatching a technician. So sure, the reviews are great on ongoing service but an ISPs efficiency should be judged on how efficiently they resolve a logged fault and they unfortunately will underdeliver.
I have been without internet for a week now being told to restart ,reboot, and troubleshoot using my laptop and when i said it is a work laptop and i cannot keep using it for such due to IT policy, they asked me to borrow one from a neighbour LMAO!!đ€Ł
So just save yourself the headache and opt for a different one because WHEN it fails just forgetđ

Given a choice, please donât opt for this ISP, or Vuma as the FNO. You will be left in the dark incurring internet costs whilst having an active fibre subscription.
Since this is probably going to go on till the next payment date, i wonder if they will discontinue my internet whilst the line is inactive? Like would i need to pay yet i have no access to the internet? Let me just buckle up

Hi Khangwe,
We see that our tech support team managed to connect to your chat sessions and assisted with the Vodacom connection issue directly. We can confirm that the matter was logged with the relevant teams for further investigation to resolve and restore your connection ASAP. You will continue to receive fault updates directly via SMS.
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and are doing our best to get the connection back up and running with no further delays.
Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew

In those same chats, you can also SEE that multiple faults were logged for the same fault because YOUR TEAM kept closing them despite the issue not being resolved.
I do not know what ASAP means because it has literally been a week, geez! I even had to resort to pleading for assistance on hellopeter??
So i do not need apologies, i need reconnection to my line because if i did not have money to pay, my line would not be kept active with my apologies.

Geez guys!? Like is it that difficult to fix a problem, rather not offer the service if you know that you cannot fix it or will blame someone else if there is a fault.
I am just being pushed from one agent to the next, relaying the same story.
Let this be a testament to the type if service to expect from WebAfrica.
