Poor service

The idea that you cannot reach anyone at Webafrica, except a bot is the reason why i am cancelling their service. I have not had internet service for the past week and there is no one i can actually call for help, except a bot which is rule-based and therefore is not able to communicate in full. This is a poor service and not sustainable if you are dealing with humans. May where we are all robots, this will work
