Poor service

I am existing client with 2 sites that continuously experiences downtime during working hours. I made the mistake of ordering another line through them for a 3rd site a month ago and still no installation. They keep you on the line hoping you don't leave but never deliver. Shocking service, shocking support. I eventually got hold of a sales person by the name of Aneesa Gallant but all she could do was say the issue will be escalated. It still hasn't been escalated.
