Poor Service

I've been with Vumatel/Webafrica for 2 years, in November 2024 the WiFi just stopped working and I phoned in to report the matter bur no one bothered to assist me. Worse part I cannot install other WiFi because their ISP is still active there by me. Their service is very poor
