Poor Service

Worst Service experienced. Sales contacted me telephonically all the time until order was placed and activated. Service was up for about a week and then disconnected. Can not reach anyone telephonically, only "Whats App". When there is a delay in response from their side, automated computer message close the query. Sent emails with no response, battled for two days on their WhatsApp line to get a person to contact me, After explaining the problem he stated he will follow up and contact me again and inform me what the problem was with my connection, which never happened. Accounts contacted me request an advanced payment. Told them to activate the service before I can make a payment and requested to speak to management. I was assured that the matter has been escalated to management who will contact me shortly. That was more than a week ago, no one contacted me. I told them that I am working from home and require reliable connection.
