Poor service

I will never recommend webafrica to no one cause there service is so poor.our wifi in our area is off for 2 days already and I have just started today and work from home.i have tried on numerous times to get hold of someone to find out or to know by when will it be back online but to no avail. It's bad service and this is effecting my work progress as my manager is jumping done my throat for this and the first day. Poor service but at the end of month they pull off the same amount but there is days without wifi.webafrica is bad at customer service and like I said won't recommend them.
