Poor service

I made enquiries with Webafrica for a possible ISP. After enquiries was made, I realised that I had to accept, before I could get a quote. After they gave me a quote, I immediately contacted them to cancel the service. It was cancelled telephonically, as well as per email. This is now the 3rd time they deduct money from my account, without my permission. I do not receive their service, they haven't made contact with me at all. Poor service, and I will not recommend them to anyone.
