Poor service

Web africa does not do debit orders on any other date then the 1st of every month ,so i requested to be remove from their debit order system so that i can make eft payment they also can mot assist me, my pay date is 15th and now im being hit with 50 extra every month for failing to make debit order ans then my service get suspended
