Poor Service

Webafrica has provided me with the worst service ever. I recently relocated and opted for the moving homes option. 2 Weeks later they contacted me and suggested we do a change of ownership as there is an existing line in the house and that would be the easiest according to them. In the meantime the previous line owner gave me his password to access the wifi whilst we await the change of ownership to be completed. 3 weeks later I receive a mail saying that my new service for the moving homes is active, I get billed and they deduct the money off my bank, but there is no service on my router. You can not get hold of them and every time they eventually make contact they hear the story and they will phone me back but with no follow through. Should I just cancel the debit orders and go somewhere else. Customer service is definitely not a priority for them.
