Poor service

Web Africa has the worse service. I have not had any connection for 12 days and the only thing I am being told is that my area is high risk and the issue I have require technicians who require to be escorted by police when they come on fix the fault and for the past 11days, this is the only thing I am being told evvertime I do a fall up.

This company does not seem to know what they are doing. They are well aware that they are providing services in high risk areas and I think they should be making provisions for these areas. I am really not impressed with the service they provide. I am even considering changing my service provider.
