Poor service

WebAfrica's service has gone from good to extremely poor. I have been overbilled with my debit order. Calls are being ignored. And tickets issued on queries are not attended to. I have always recommended them to everyone. Ever since I switched to Fibre things have gone bad. I am disgusted to say the least.
